Summary Terms and Conditions:

Promotion: The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK mainland – England, Wales and Scotland – who are aged 18 years or over. Promotion Period: The Promotion is effective from 17 April 2025. Promotion: During the Promotion Period participants may benefit from our refer-a-friend programme where customers are offered rewards in exchange for those customers ("Referrers") referring their friends ("Referred Friends") to LG.com/uk; as well as the Referred Friends receiving rewards (subject to the eligibility requirements detailed below). Internet access is required for all online purchases at LG.com/uk. All participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Full Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK mainland – England, Wales and Scotland – who are aged 18 or over, excluding anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. There is no requirement for the Referrer to be an existing LG customer.
3. In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the Referred Friend must be a new customer to LG and over the age of 18 and the Referred Friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
4. To register and benefit from the refer-a-friend programme, Referrers must register themselves on https://www.lg.com/uk/referral/ or the pop-up that will appear on the order confirmation page to get their unique personalised link. Referrers can then share with their friends/Referred Friend via the personalised link or options listed on the page.
5. To benefit from the refer-a-friend programme, Referred Friends must visit the link shared by the Referrer and submit their email address to redeem the coupon code.

Rewards – Referrers
6. The Referrer is rewarded with 10% off for each Referred Friend who orders for the first time. The Referrer must be over the age of 18 and resident in the UK mainland.
7. In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the Referred Friend must be a new customer to LG.com/uk and over the age of 18 and resident in the UK mainland, as well as the Referred Friend satisfying the conditions of their reward (as detailed above).
8. Rewards will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to LG, multiple rewards will be delivered to the Referrer, subject to a limit. A Referrer may not earn more than 5 rewards within any 24 hour period, or 25 rewards within the last 12 month period. A Referrer should not expect their Referred Friends to be given their rewards automatically if they are referring more frequently than 10 friends within any 24 hour period.
9. Rewards will be delivered to the Referrer on the day of the Referred Friend's places an order on LG.com/uk provided the Referred Friend's purchase is not cancelled.
10. The Referrer will be notified by email once a Referred Friend has placed an order on LG.com/uk and when the Referrer's reward has been earned.
11. The Referrers reward/s will be valid for 6 months from the date earned by the Referrer.
12. Referred Friend rewards can be combined with the one-off 5% Welcome Coupon (on their first order). The Promoter may allow other discount codes to be combined with this Promotion at its discretion. Specific list to be updated subject to circumstances.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any and all elements of the reward at any time without notice.

Rewards – Referred Friends
15. In order to qualify for the reward the Referred Friend must be a new customer to LG.com/uk, over the age of 18 and a resident in the UK mainland.
16. The Referred Friend is offered 10% off when they place their first order on LG.com/uk.
17. The reward is valid for 6 months from the point of issue (in line with the information provided above).
18. Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was redeemed.
19. The Referred Friend's reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
20. Referred Friend rewards can be combined with the one-off 5% Welcome Coupon (on their first order). The Promoter may allow other discount codes to be combined with this Promotion at its discretion. Specific list to be updated subject to circumstances.
21. There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any one single Referrer. Rewards may not be issued if those limits are exceeded.

Data Protection
22. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be limited for the purposes of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless the participant’s consent has been obtained. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy which is available at: https://www.lg.com/uk/privacy.
General Conditions
23. Participants will need access to the internet to redeem this Promotion and any charges relating to this are between you and your internet service provider and are not the responsibility of the Promoter.

24. If the participant satisfies the eligibility requirements and for any reason the reward is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the reward for a suitable alternative of similar type and value. The Promoter has full discretion over rewards issued.

25. The participant is responsible for supplying the correct information in order to receive the Promotion. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of the Promotion due to the provision of incorrect information.

26. The Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

27. The Promotion cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

28. The Promoter shall not be responsible if the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter.

29. The Promoter will not be responsible for rewards which are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.

30. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.

31. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using an offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

32. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes the participant’s legal rights as a consumer. For more information on rights as a consumer, the local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau may be contacted.

33. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to extend or shorten the Promotion period at any time.

34. If any part/s of these terms and conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

35. By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Should there be any questions in relation to this Promotion, please request further information from the Promoter.

36. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

37. This Promotion, these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Participants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.

Uniqodo Terms and Conditions

  1. General Information
    1. Uniqodo Ltd ("we," "us," or "Uniqodo") provides technology and support services to businesses ("Merchants") enabling them to run referral marketing programmes ('Programmes'). Through these Programmes, customers or clients ('Users') can refer friends ('Referred Friends') to the Merchant's products or services in exchange for rewards ('Rewards').
    2. By participating in the Programme, Users agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not participate in the Programme.

  2. Participation in the Programme
    1. Participation in the Programme is subject to these terms and any additional terms stated on the relevant Programme page.
    2. The Programme is operated by the Merchant, and Uniqodo provides only the technology and support for its operation.
    3. By participating in the Programme, you confirm that:
      1. You meet the minimum age requirement set by local law.
      2. The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
      3. You have a working internet connection and compatible devices to access the Programme.
  3. Referring a Friend
    1. As a Referrer, you must personally know the Referred Friend and ensure you have their consent to contact them.
    2. You are responsible for sending referral communications, and you agree to comply with local laws regarding electronic communications.
    3. You will not use referral links in any way that would be considered unsolicited marketing or 'spam'.
  4. Qualifying for Rewards
    1. To qualify for Rewards, the Referred Friend must:
      1. Be a new customer who has not previously purchased from the Merchant.
      2. Complete a qualifying purchase through the Programme.
      3. Meet any other specific criteria detailed in the Programme.
  5. Prohibited Actions
    1. When using the Uniqodo Platform, you agree not to:
      1. Use the Services for illegal or inappropriate purposes.
      2. Impersonate others or provide false information.
      3. Disrupt or damage the Programme, the Services, or Uniqodo's systems.
      4. Attempt to access others' accounts or breach the security of the Uniqodo Platform.
  6. Programme Changes and Termination
    1. The Merchant may modify, suspend, or cancel the Programme at any time. Uniqodo is not responsible for such changes.
    2. Uniqodo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Programme if these terms are violated.
  7. Our Responsibilities
    1. Uniqodo will provide the technology and support needed for the Programme.
    2. Uniqodo is not responsible for the Merchant's actions, including the fulfillment of Rewards, the accuracy of information about the Programme, or any changes to the Programme.
    3. While Uniqodo ensures reasonable measures to maintain its Platform, we are not liable for any issues that may occur during your participation in the Programme.
  8. Data Protection
    1. By participating in the Programme, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Merchant's instructions.
    2. We handle all personal data according to applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.uniqodo.com/privacy-policy/.
    3. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it.
  9. Intellectual Property
    1. All intellectual property related to the Services and the Uniqodo Platform is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted no rights to these assets by using the Services.
  10. Liability
    1. Uniqodo is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from your participation in the Programme, including loss of profit or reputation.
    2. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
  11. Miscellaneous
    1. No third party shall have the right to enforce any of these terms.
    2. Uniqodo may assign its rights and obligations under these terms.
    3. If any part of these terms is deemed unlawful, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
    4. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
